There was a mistake made yesterday. Well, not really. It's sort of in the middle.
We were contemplating the idea of backing this person up, but this fella blew it. He really really did.
He crossed the line, so far away that the line is not visible to his eyes anymore.
It is so not smart to raise your voice to your senior at this point of time.
It is beyond repair now.

Renewed Hope

in the name of Allah the Most Gracious the Most Merciful
I suppose the title is misleading.
Recently, X, made a mistake. He already has a bad reputation, or he did, to the least. He's therefore targeted, and for the small mistake that he did, he is now asked to step down from the job.
It is not important if the person is a she or he.
It was blown very very very well out of proportion.
Al Hujurat ayat 6 : Hai orang2 yg beriman, jika dtg kpdmu org fasik membawa suatu berita,maka periksalah dgn teliti, agar kamu tdk menimpakan suatu musibah kpd suatu kaum tanpa mengetahui keadaannya yg menyebabkan kamu menyesal atas perbuatanmu itu.
Give him a chance to defend himself. Listening to your so called fair reports from your juniors, then make a judgment, that is absolutely not clever.
The juniors of your juniors are not prepared to take risk to defend their mate. Boss won't listen anyway, they seem to think.
Ah, Ramadhan is closing in..
Is this the best time for a change?

Relieved!
assalamualaikum
in the name of Allah the Most Gracious the Most Merciful
Finally, a break from the job! What a sigh of relief..
I've been in Paediatrics for merely 11 days, and to be given a weekend off, fantastic!!
I haven't planned anything yet. Time never comes back, so this time should be utilised to the max. I plan to go for a movie later, and do some studies at night. Tomorrow pm is for car servicing, and now that the free service period is over, I think it's a good time to get it done before Raya comes.
I don't have any latest photos, so peeps, I promise they will be up once they are available. Not that I am Leonardo Di Caprio that everybody is so eager looking for wallpapers quality pics, but we Malaysians enjoy socialising a lot. Look at Twitter, Facebook etc. So many Malaysians are now trapped in it, and they want to get out of it.
Twitter and Facebook are the new drugs. They don't come in powder form, but they are strong enough to deviate your focus for few good half an hour, at least.
Bad bad..
Ironically, we are not the best out there with technologies and knowledge, yet we indulge ourselves more than needed to the unnecessary ones. The Americans and Jews are smart, aren't they?
Talking is cheap, on another subject.
I have cleaned up my room, and now I want to go to Maybank.

A New Beginning
Assalamualaikum
in the name of Allah the Most Gracious the Most Merciful
My goodness! I have not updated this page for ages. Sorry peeps!!
I am now in Paediatrics department. Yes, surgery(surgical posting) is over.
It's a completely different world. Having gone through medical, obstectrics and gynaecology, emergency and trauma and surgical departments, you come here as if you are a newly graduated doctor.
It's fun. It offers me something different, though more complicated. I am determined to do well in the next 4 months.
When this is over, I will be only 4 months away to complete my housemanship training. I will have my full license, and I leave it Allah to decide where my next hospital will be.
Ramadhan is close. If we are lucky enough, we will see this beautiful month again. I love it. Let's hope everybody will see it through successfully.
I will leave you with 2 good articles, something that has evidence based.
